Chocolate Mocha Smoothie
- 5 fl oz cold water
- ½ cup (57g) BodyKey by Nutrilite Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
- 5 fl oz strong coffee (cold or room temperature)
- 1/3 cup baby spinach
- 3 dates (pitted)
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup crushed ice (optional if you prefer to drink cold)
Cut dates into halves or thirds for easier blending. Add all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
