Holiday feasts are not just about the ham, turkey or prime rib or wonderful vegetarian creation that anchors the meal. It’s also all about the desserts, right? Cakes, pies, cookies, trifles and tortes—oh my!
With the holiday season in full swing, decadent delicacies appear around every corner, tempting us to overindulge.
Here’s a smoothie recipe that will help you satisfy your sweet tooth while still sticking to your health and weight-loss goals. This Lemon Lime Pie Smoothie will remind you so much of a sweet holiday pie, it will be hard to resist.
Sweet, tart and smooth
This smoothie combines lemon, lime and cucumber with yogurt for a creamy sweet-tart experience packed with vitamins C and E, which is extra helpful during the stresses of the holiday season.
And because it uses BodyKey by Nutrilite™ French Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake Mix, it can easily take the place of breakfast or lunch for a fast meal, perfect on days when you’re headed to a holiday feast later.
Plus, that little topping of lemon zest and crushed graham cracker provides all the satisfaction of your favorite holiday pie.

Weight loss strategies
A proven tool in efforts to lose weight, meal replacement shakes give you plenty of nutrients with fewer calories than a traditional meal.
Whether you’re creating your own path or following a weight loss plan, try substituting one or two meals per day with a meal replacement shake for one week to kickstart your program.
BodyKey Meal Replacement Shakes were designed to complement the BodyKey™ SmartLoss™ program, which uses a simple system to divide foods into three categories—carbs, protein and fat—that users track toward daily totals. There are also “free” foods that don’t count at all.
Free weight loss app
Included in the program is a smartphone app that features the SmartLoss™ Graph, used to track and analyzes users’ weight data to predict their weight loss as they follow the program. This creates personalized feedback for each user and helps them monitor their progress along the way.
