Quick Pizza Dough

Servings: 12

Serving size: 1 ⁄12 of recipe or 2 ounces (one slice)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • ½ cup Nutrilite All Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 cup warm water (115–120 degrees)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Cooking Times

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients.
  2. Add oil and water and work into a dough, adding a bit more flour or water if necessary.
  3. Knead for 3 minutes and place in bowl, covered, to rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out dough onto an oiled cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
  5. Let it rest 5 minutes, then prick with a fork to release trapped air.
  6. Top with sauce, cheese, and favorite toppings.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees until done
