Trusting Nutrilite product claims: In-house validation

At Nutrilite, we make a lot of claims about the nutritional supplements we produce. Claims about quality, global popularity and more. We think it’s important that you know you can rely on the information that we provide.

With that in mind, we’ve created a four-part series to explain the work we’ve done to make our product claims possible — and how we’re continually ensuring that the information we provide is completely accurate. We’re kicking off this informative series with an overview of our in-house validation process!

Testing and Documenting

Visit the Amway U.S. headquarters, and you’ll find scientists donning white coats to perform an important test. Using an analytical instrument called an HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatograph) they spend their days making sure that ingredients in Amway Nutrilite dietary supplements are present at the amounts listed on our labels.

Why it’s important

In fact, this is a test our scientists perform, not just once, but many times before a supplement reaches consumers.

Why?

For one, customers expect scientifically verified products. So we test all our products thoroughly, and document everything we do.

For another, Nutrilite is committed to the safety, purity, and efficacy of our supplements — and we’re very particular about the ingredients we use. These are commitments we’ve kept for more than 80 years, and we’re not about to stop now! Validating the quality and amounts of our ingredients is key to delivering supplements you’ll enjoy.
